Pearson Test of English
A computer-based language competency test for non-native English speakers is called the Pearson Test of English: PTE Academic. It is widely accepted as evidence of English language proficiency by universities, colleges, and governments around the world. It is a computer-based test. Normally, it takes three hours to finish.
- Speaking & Writing: This section includes tasks like reading aloud, repeating sentences, describing images, summarizing written text, and writing essays. You will be assessed on your ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
- Reading: Rearrange paragraphs, fill in the blanks, multiple-choice, and other question types will all be present in this section on reading. Your reading comprehension skills are evaluated by the tasks.
- Listening: In this section, you’ll be asked to listen to audio clips and then give answers depending on what you hear. There will be multiple-choice, highlight the accurate summary, and fill in the blank’s questions.
